Terms of Service

Horizon is an AI travel planner and booking facilitator. We search live inventory and use AI to compose itineraries, and we let you book flights, hotels, and activities through our integrated partners (Duffel for flights, LiteAPI for hotels, Viator for activities). Horizon is not the airline, hotel, or tour operator. The travel itself is provided by those suppliers, and your booking is also subject to the supplier’s own terms, fare rules, and cancellation policies.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to book travel.

Itineraries, restaurant suggestions, schedules, and recommendations are generated by AI and provided for convenience. They may contain inaccuracies and can become out of date. Always verify opening hours, availability, travel times, entry requirements, and prices before relying on them.

• Prices come from live inventory and can change until a booking is confirmed; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• Hotel rates may include a service margin. Any applicable fees are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking, you authorize the total shown to be charged to your payment method.
• For flights and other supplier bookings, your contract for the travel service is with the supplier; Horizon facilitates the transaction.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the fare rules and policies of the relevant airline, hotel, or operator, which are shown before you book. Where a booking is non-refundable, that is set by the supplier, not by Horizon. Contact us and we will help coordinate with the supplier where possible.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, scrape data, infringe others’ rights, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Horizon, its branding, and the Service’s software and design are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for planning and booking your own travel.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that inventory, prices, AI output, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees Horizon earned on the booking giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify Horizon against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Horizon is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Specify your governing law and venue before launch.)

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
